Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes with rice:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground pork or turkey sausage if you want a leaner option
1 cup of uncooked rice
1/4 cup Asian toasted sesame dressing
1/4 cup stir fry sauce
Sriracha mayo
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1 stem of cilantro for garnish
French Fried Onions

Directions:
1. In a pot, fill with 2 cups of water with a dash of salt and bring to a boil.
2. Once water is boiling, add rice and cover for 15 minutes on low.

3. In a skillet, brown the ground turkey or pork.

4. While the turkey browns, slice carrots into small pieces and add once the ground turkey is done browning.

5. Let the carrots soften, this normally takes 10 minutes depending on how soft you like your vegetables.
6. Add 1/4 cup of Asian Sesame sauce and 1/4 cup of stir fry sauce and cook through for 2-3 minutes.

7. Serve with rice and top with French Fried onions, cilantro, and sriracha mayo and enjoy!
