Best ever ice cream turtle cake!
This easy to make Ice Cream cake is simply phenomenal. It starts with a delicious graham cracker pie crust and you can add any ice cream flavor you desire.

- 6 oz. graham pie crust
- 1 can whip cream
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 2 tbsp caramel syrup
- 1/4 cup crushed pecans
Gently place ice cream inside the pie crust. I accidentally pressed too hard and the ice cream cracked some of the pie crust. Not really a big deal because after you prepare the cake, you will place it inside a freezer.
Add whip cream to the ice cream cake.
Drizzle chocolate and caramel sauce on top.
Top with your favorite nuts. I used pecans in this recipe.
Let the cake harden in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Longer is preferred it should be fine after 1 hour.
