A cheeseball is a perfect option for any gathering. We particularly enjoy making these for football games and around the holidays. The cream cheese and the bacon combine to create a delicious option for entertaining. We typically serve these with Wheat Thins.

Serving size: 4-5 people
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 oz. of chopped and cooked bacon
2-3 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Worchester sauce
Directions:
- Start by washing your hands and Combine Cheeses and Ingredients: Start by placing 8 oz. of sharp cheddar cheese, 8 oz. of softened cream cheese, onions, bacon, garlic, Worchester sauce, black pepper, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
2. Mix thoroughly until they are well combined using a mixing fork.
3. After mixing, place a sheet of cling wrap on the counter to place and wrap cheeseball.
4. Wrap the cheeseball with the cling wrap and shape into a ball.
5. Place in the fridge to chill for 1 – 2 hours and enjoy! If you do not want to use wheat thins, you can use any assortment of vegetables or slices of baguette or your choice of crackers.
