SCALLOPS

This recipe is very easy to prepare. Scallops are packed with flavor and are similar in taste to lobster. I like to prepare this recipe only using fresh scallops that are never frozen. Frozen scallops tend to retain water and do not sear as well in the pan. This recipe is easy to make and is served with fresh lemon butter.
