These mouthwatering creations are tender from the lime juice and have extra flavor with the mixed-in fresh garlic and Dale’s Sauce. These delicious grilled burgers offer a unique spin to your traditional grilled burgers and are perfect for a delicious summer meal.
Grilles All Natural Beef Burgers with fresh lime & garlic
Equipment
- 1 Grill
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup Dale's sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix thoroughly. You should let the burgers marinate at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
- Start charcoal or gas grill
- Form roughly 4-5 patties on place on plate while grill heats up.
- Place patties on grill. Cook 3-4 minutes on the first side, until juices start to come to the patties.
- Flip to other side for 2 more minutes, top with cheese and cook for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve with French fries or any other complementary side dish or appetizer.
